Winemaker Robert Paul, BVW202 Wine Production I lecturer, took the second years through the racking process transfering the wine off its lees into a vessel for fermentation.
The Bachelor of Viticulture and Winemaking at NMIT provides a study of the science and technology of viticulture & winemaking and the application of this knowledge on site at NMIT's diverse vineyard locations (encompassing five different climatic regions) and wineries.
